Welcome to National-Oilwell (Nigeria) Limited website.The findings in an extensive survey conducted in the Nigerian Oil and Gas Industry in 1991 on National-Oilwell Inc. (National Oilwell Varco) cumulated into the formation of National-Oilwell Nigeria in March 1992.
The company was founded amongst other activities
• To fabricate, manufacture and service oilwell drilling, wireline and production equipment, spares and components.
• To act as petroleum consultants, oilwell drilling servicing consultants and petroleum product marketers.
•To act as agents, distributors and marketers of oilwell, wireline associated production equipment spares and accessories.
•To carry on the trade or business of engineers, founders, smiths, metal workers, machinists, manufacturers and patentees.
•To carry on business and act as merchants, traders, commission agents, ship owners, carriers, importers and exporters of goods and general merchandise.
•To apply for, acquire and hold any licenses, priviledges, monopolies, concessions and patents.
